Mr. Finley Bakker is a seasoned Professional Geoscientist with over 35 years of experience leading geological and engineering teams in the mining industry. With expertise in both underground and open pit operations, has a proven record of resource and reserve estimation and expansion. Has provided extensive consulting services for various projects and organizations.

Mr. John Sferrazza, BSc., President, Environmental Applications Group
Mr. John Sferrazza has been providing environmental consulting services to industry, municipalities and commercial enterprises for over 27 years. His expertise lies mainly in the area of impact assessments; environmental effects monitoring, study design preparation and baseline environmental assessments. John is an experienced fisheries biologist and senior project manager at EAG with a vast amount of experience in environmental impact study design and implementation at metal mining, pulp and paper, petrochemical and other industrial sites. John also has a wealth of experience in environmental permitting and has a thorough knowledge of all environmental regulations at the federal, provincial and municipal levels. John is also experienced at liaising with regulatory officials so that the best interests of the client are always at the forefront.

MD Engineering(MDEng) is a geotechnical consulting firm offering specializing in rock engineering services to the global mining and civil sectors for both underground and surface mining as well as for civil excavations and natural rock slopes. Mr. Mark Takalo, President at MDT Consulting has 20 years of experience in mineral processing and held various Supervisory and Project Management positions in Canada, USA and Latin and South America for North American Palladium, Barrick Gold, Nyrstar, MineraChinalco Peru, Alexis Minerals, Farallon Mining Ltd. and Apex Silver Mines. He specializes in mill process optimization, plant expansions/construction, pre-commissioning/ start-up and training of operations personnel. Mark participates in detailed engineering studies to provide construction input and in preparation for the construction phase.
